Supply & lay concrete to bases, 800 x 800 x 600mm deep x 9nr. Supply & install concrete levelling piers x 9nr. Supply & lay reinforced concrete slab to vehicle parking bay including tamped finished. Optional extra to supply & lay 75mm insulation to slab area £600.00. - Foul drainage - Excavate trench & trim base, lay 110mm DIA uPVC pipe x 15 Lin m. Bed, surround & backfill with type 1 granular fill, average depth 600mm. Supply & install 450mm DIA plastic inspection chamber x 2nr (max 1.0m depth). Supply & install new manhole on existing sewer tail. Test drainage on completion.
