ESCC - SS - Contract Award for Care and Support Services in Extra Care Housing Schemes in East Sussex.

The procurement process was structured so that Providers who had recently joined the Approved List For The Provision Of Home Care Services (including Home Based Carers Respite, Extra Care and Her Majesty's Prison (HMP) Lewes Care arrangements) for Adults in East Sussex had the opportunity to bid competitively for Extra Care Housing Care and Support service contracts. Three contracts were procured, each covering two Extra Care schemes. This is in line with the current contracting arrangements for the schemes.

The description of the contracts include.

Contract 3A: Extra Care and Support in The Orangery and Marlborough House Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex

Contract 3B: Extra Care and Support in Cranbrook and Bentley Grange Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex

Contract 3C: Extra Care and Support in Downlands Court and Margaret House Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex.

Initial Contract term of 6 years with a option to extend up to 48 months.

Estimated Contract Value £0 up to £43,000000 which includes the initial term and extension period/s. Contract value is not guaranteed but is based on placement activity.
