The work comprises the demolition of 29no dwellings situated off Hawthorn Avenue, Hull. Dwellings are in blocks and are of a traditional brick build. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site. Post demolition the site will be backfilled with clean imported sub-soil to ground level. The existing boundary walls to the perimeter of 35 Stirling Street shall be re-built and newly exposed gable brickwork shall be repaired to ensure integrity is maintained.
