The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) is seeking to commission a consultancy partner to lead on the review of Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) within the Borough. The scope of this commission will be to undertake a comprehensive review of CPZs and potentially two further phases including some additional review tasks and coordinating the implementation of changes.
