Legal Case Management System

The City of London Corporation requires a fully integrated specialist legal case management system.

Suppliers must offer the options of an externally hosted solution or one that operates on the City of London Corporation'sown servers as both options are being considered.

The legal case management system must integrate with MS Outlook/Office 365, offer comprehensive integrateddocument management functionality, comply with current ICT and data security standards and fit with the City ofLondon Corporation's operating systems and software as follows:

1. Windows10 Enterprise - version 1067 (Build 14393.2312)
2. Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus - Version 1805 (Build 9330.2118)
3. Internet Explorer - Version 11.2312.14393.0
4. Connected Services - OneDrive and Share Point Server 2010

The City of London Corporation are interested to receive bids from experienced providers that can deliver a legal case management system that meets our requirements.

The budget stated in this notice is the maximum budget available. It is anticipated that the system will require a maximum budget of 90,000 GBP for implementation costs and a maximum of 25,000 GBP per annum forongoing licencing, maintenance and support costs. Full costs must be submitted.

The contact term is for a 5 year period.

This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system'CapitaleSourcing' (url:www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system inorder to participate and registration is free.

The budget is for the full duration of the contract.

It is anticipated that the system will require a maximum budget of 90,000 GBP for implementation costs and a maximum of 25,000 GBP per annum for ongoing licencing, maintenance and support costs.
