The University of Warwick Estates Office has a requirement for specialist contractors to deliver the maintenance and support of the University’s Building Automation and Control Systems (“BACS”), Automatic Fire Detection System (“Fire”), Automatic Security Control System (“Security”), Access Control System (“Access Control”), CCTV and associated systems and networks. The contract is to be awarded in 10 Lots, as follows;

Lot 4BACS Systems Support (Schneider buildings)
Lot 5Access Control and Security Systems Support (Honeywell)

Tenderers may apply for 1 or more lots.

This may include the supply and installation of any new requirements, extensions and upgrades of new equipment, at the University's discretion.
