Crowell Crescent Environmental Scheme

This scheme is to provide environmental accessibility improvement works to 112 residential properties including but not limited to: the provision of new parking spaces, pedestrian pathways, dropped kerbs, and boundary walls, railings, fences, and gates, and associated works as specified in appendix 3. The contract is due to start 25th April 2022 and will complete no later than 6th October 2023.

Tender Bids are to include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, labour, plant and machinery, preliminaries, overhead and making good to all areas required, and all costs associated to carry out these works as per the schedule, drawings and documents available on the portal.

WDH uses an electronic tendering and bidding system called ProContract from proactis. This is an established system which you might already be registered with and using to receive email alert notifications of relevant business opportunities. ProContract helps to not only identify opportunities with WDH and similar organization's but makes responding easier and less costly as the tendering processes is undertaken electronically.

All tendered bids are to be submitted via the ProContract Due North Portal, Scheme Reference is DN557014. Any bids sent by any other means can not be accepted and will not be considered in the evaluation process. All correspondence must be via the ProContract Due North Portal, any correspondence sent by other means will not be considered.
