The open space and recreational strategy will support and inform both councils emerging Local Plan
Chiltern and South Bucks District Councils are seeking to appoint a consultant to produce a technical study and recommended strategy to support the new Local Plan.
As part of the formulation of the new Local Plan both Councils require to have in place a robust and up to date assessment of the need for sports and recreation facilities in line with the national planning policy framework.
