Plymouth City Council is entering a contract with the Department for Education (DfE) to deliver learning provision which improves the functional numeracy skills of adults through the Multiply initiative. Provision or activities under this specification should support the government's aim of providing everyone the opportunity to learn and develop the essential skills they need to succeed at any age.
Plymouth City Council are currently planning a competitive tender exercise to select sub-contractors to deliver services in the period October 2022 to March 2023.
