To appoint a Single Independent Advocacy Service to delivery the following services;

• oIndependent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
• oIndependent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
• oDeprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) and Relevant Person's Representatives (RPR)
• oLitigation Friend
• oStatutory National Health Service Complaints Advocacy (NHS - CA)
• oStatutory Care Act Advocacy (CAA) (Support / Assessment, Safeguarding, Carers and Hospital Advocacy)
• oNon-statutory Advocacy (NSA) - Generic Community Advocacy.}
