CBC-0524-T-LP-Catering and Bar services to Priory View

This contract is for the supply of Café / Restaurant services including:

The contract period is commencing October/November 2015 for Two years with a possible One year extension

Priory View Independent Living scheme is Independent living for the over 55yrs and will house 83 apartments which are split into affordable rental, shared ownership and outright sale.

As well as housing, Priory View will also offer restaurant facilities to residents and the general public.

Catering services will be required seven days a week, 365 days each year. The restaurant will be open for a lunch service every day, and in the evening for special occasions The informal café/coffee bar to be available throughout the day.

The bar will be open lunch time and early evenings, with a later opening for special events and occasions.
