Paradigm Trust (the "Trust") is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of Managed Music Services.
This ITT contains further information about the procurement process and the questions that Bidders must complete. Each Bidder's response ("Tender") should be detailed enough to allow the Trust to make an informed award decision.
All Tenders must be returned no later than the deadline for receipt of Tenders specified on the front cover of this ITT.
