description
The Secure digital Change of Address Service (COA) is committed to an on-going programme of user research to support the transition from Alpha to Private Beta phases and beyond. This is now approaching a critical stage as private beta is due in May 2015.
The continuation of User Research is pivotal in supporting this and we require provision of a Lab Testing facility to support this activity.
Carers Allowance Digital Service (CADS) achieved live status in November 2014 and continues to be developed and improved as a DWP digital exemplar so that good practice can be passed on to other services within DWP.
On-going user research is critical to the on-going development of the service. Without input from service users and assurance that The Authority are meeting their requirements, the CADS project will be terminated.
