description

prj_RBKC_12908 - Holland Park - Dutch Garden Resurfacing

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is tendering a contract to resurface around 600 square metres of footway in the Dutch garden, Holland Park, Kensington.

The Dutch garden is an area of formal garden, comprising formal beds and a water feature. The paving is currently a bonded aggregate, which is de-laminating and exposing the underlying tarmac.

This tender asks for a price to resurface the garden using a similar bonded aggregate and also invites suggestions for alternative materials which will achieve a similar effect and be sufficiently robust to withstand the heavy foot traffic experienced in this part of the park.

Additional information:

The tender is being run through the capitalEsourcing portal. Go to www.capitalesourcing.com and express in this contract to see details. If you need assistance, the helpdesk can be contacted on 0800 069 8630 PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE COUNCIL REGARDING THIS OPPORTUNITY.

This tender is being run as a multi-lot tender, with options for programming and alternative materials.
