Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out works to include the installation of new foul drainage, sewage treatment plant and pumping station with outfall drainage to a new drainage field, the removal of the redundant septic tanks, and associated works., under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
