The Runnymede Borough Council ('the Authority") wishes to procure the services of a Contractor for the planned work to be undertaken over the next 3-5 years to refurbish and upgrade Kitchens, Bathrooms and Toilets to tenanted domestic properties within its ownership, comprising houses, flats, maisonettes and bungalows located in various roads in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey
