The University wishes to contract with multiple suppliers over four (4) Lots as follows:

Lot 1 - Creative concepts Lot 2 - General design and typesetting Lot 3 - Freelance design Lot 4 - Fundraising direct marketing

For the agreement to be considered to be successful it should:

  • oDeliver an improved level of service and quality to end-users with utmost flexibility during peak periods
  • oAchieve ongoing value for money and competitive pricing throughout the duration of the agreement
  • oMaintain the integrity of the University's brand guidelines and consistent speed and quality of output
  • oMaintain consistent standard of service via SLAs and KPIs
  • oSeek to generate savings and process efficiencies
  • oIncrease internal customer satisfaction
