Joint Police and Fire Headquarters at Derbyshire Constabulary Force Headquarters

The DPFP Limited Liability Partnership (DPFP LLP), are seeking to appoint a qualified and fully experienced contractor to undertake a JCT 2011 Design and Build contract ("the Contract") for a new joint Headquarters administrative building situated at Derbyshire Constabulary's current Headquarters site in Ripley, Derbyshire. For clarity The DPFP Limited Liability Partnership (DPFP LLP),is a limited liability partnership registered in the United Kingdom under company number OC396866 whose registered office is situated at Headquarters, Butterley Hall, Ripley, DE5 3RS. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire and the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Authority are the only members of this limited liability partnership. The contract is expected to commence in April 2015 with contractors on site in June 2015 with a target completion date of December 2016. The new build also includes some demolition of several existing structures, from concrete framed, minor structures to portacabins. The headquarters site needs to be fully functional as the service diversions and building works are completed.
