Harrow High Street Fund - Station Road

The Authority is tendering for a <b>team of specialist services</b> to bring together a mix of skills in the area to transform an under-used and indistinct but key strategic place in the Opportunity Area into an area with a new sense of place and identity where businesses, residents and the wider community are supported to work together in developing a better designed, more attractive, safer, vibrant and more frequently used high street. Specifically we are looking for a team of specialists with - specialist skills - to carry out the following activities: - <b>public realm design and placemaking</b>, including identity/ graphic design and place marketing; - <b>business and community engagement</b> including business support & event management We anticipate that the team would be led by an architect. This programme is looking to build on the borough's successful work in Harrow Town Centre and its District and Local Centres while also linking with its other Economic Development projects and programmes.
