The works comprise of:
•The replacement of flat entrance doors with 30 minute certified doorsets.
•The replacement of communal doors and screens with 60 minute certified doorsets.
•The replacement of refuse chute doors, store doors and drying room doors with 60 minute certified doorsets (doors to be fitted with GERDA suited locks) •Replacement of vents to communal ducting with fire shutters.
•Fire stopping above ceiling void and overboarding of ceiling.
•Construction of fire rated cupboards to electrical intake points (3no)
•Redecoration of communal areas to class O
•Localised flooring repairs
•Installation of a Premises Information Box
