description

Please note, this is in addition to the current tender out for the delivery of education and training on behalf of the RNN Group.

The RNN Group (the 'College') is seeking to procure a framework of possible providers for the delivery of education and training provision from a network of contractors who will be selected through this procurement exercise. This procurement exercise is open to all eligible suppliers providing provision in all sectors (and at all levels) but selection may be made in line with our strategic priorities and where provision does not directly compete with our own delivery. Successful acceptance onto this framework by no way infers a contractual agreement between the RNN Group and the provider. This ITT and any attachments contain the information and instructions that will facilitate your submission of a compliant tender. Please read the information carefully as any non-compliance with the instructions may result in the disqualification of your tender from the procurement process. The procurement process will be managed via the In-Tend procurement portal. All submissions should be made via the online portal. No other form of submission will be accepted. Deadline for submission of tenders is Monday, 4th December 2017 at 17:00. You are welcome to ask questions or seek clarifications regarding this procurement process via the In-Tend portal. Deadline for clarifications is Monday, 27th November 2017 at 17.00.

The College is undertaking and managing this procurement in accordance with its general obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the 'Regulations'). Whilst the College is not obliged to do so, this procurement is being conducted in accordance with Regulations 74 to 77, the 'light touch regime', to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the entire process. This procurement is to ensure that the College can continue to meet both employer and community demand for provision in key sectors and areas of growth for both the RNN Group and the local economies that we serve.

The maximum amount of funding potentially available for each funding stream is as follows:

16-18 Apprenticeships - £2,500,000 19+ Apprenticeships - £2,500,000 16-18 Study Programmes - £1,500,000 19+ Adult Education Budget - £3,500,000

Please note that the above contract values are based on the best information available to the College at this time. Potential Providers should note that these contract values are not in any way guaranteed and can be anticipated to vary (up and down) in accordance with the ESFA's overall spending priorities and the College's strategic plan.

Note: Potential providers must deliver in either Yorkshire & Humber or the East Midlands and have a delivery location already established in either area. Providers must be on the Register of Training Organisations in order for them to receive a combined contract value of £100,000 or more (across one or ...
