| 4.1 | A 'tail spend' solution is required to allow CCS a compliant route to market to cover the purchase of products and services not covered by other contracts currently in place. |
| 4.2 | This solution will be a digital solution, accessible via any CCS desktop device, and will operate as a dynamic marketplace. This will allow CCS to browse a broad range of deliverables, comparing suitability and price within the solution and allowing the buyer to select the deliverable deemed most appropriate to their requirements. |
