Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council (the Council) would like to engage and work with a suitably experienced and externally quality accredited, social research company to provide a Stockton-on-Tees Borough Wide Residents' Perception Face to Face Survey (the Survey). That Survey shall be delivered using a face to face interview method and provide statistically representative findings at Electoral Ward, Locality and whole Stockton-on-Tees Borough geographic levels<b>.</b>
