Brief Description of Requirement
The Science and Technologies Facilities Council (STFC) (part of UKRI) wishes to commission two pieces of evaluation work.
National Satellite Test Facility (NSTF)
| 1) | An impact focused construction evaluation |
| 2) | Review of the evaluation baseline for the operational phase |
| 3) | A holistic review and update of the original Monitoring and Evaluation plan; |
| 4) | Analysis with recommendations for robust, accurate and complete data collection required for evaluation of impact and benefits realisation |
Space Weather Instrumentation, Measurement, Modelling and Risk (SWIMMR)
- End of programme evaluation, focused on benefit and impact to Government, Space Industry and Research
As a public body UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and, within that, STFC, need to understand the value and impact of their investments both to reassure the government (& the public) that their money is being well spent, but also to guide their future investment decisions.
