The Customer wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of reactive repair call outs and general building works that arise on a day-to-day basis. Including out-of-hours, trades / works typically covered could include the following but not limited to:
- oDomestic Plumbing
- oGutters and downpipes (and affected building fabric)
- oGeneral Building & Plastering
- oFloors and Flooring
- oCarpentry & Joinery
- oWindows & Doors
- oPainting & Decorating
- oExternal Works & Groundworks - Surfacing and Paving etc
- oSuspended Ceilings
