Supply, Installation & Commissioning of an UltraMicrotome

The University of Warwick, Physics Department, has a requirement for an ultra-microtome that will allow precision sectioning of III-V semiconducting nanowires such that high-resolution TEM/STEM imaging can be undertaken. The system must have automated controls and section down to 10nm.
