As part of the Council's New Build Programme, the Council are looking to appoint a Contractor to safely demolish the existing building on Figtree Hill known as Able House.
The successful company will be responsible for safe demolition works of the existing building to ground level including all out-buildings in accordance with all surveys and pre-construction documentation provided.
