This is a "cradle to grave" review starting when the flood damage was originally caused in February 2020 through to completion in April 2021.
The review should cover the speed of the Council's response to the damage; the decision-making and time taken for authorising the repairs, securing funding and appointing the contract; the performance of the contractor; and the Council's performance in managing the contract.
