GB-Watford: Operator and Provider of an Innovation Hub in Watford

This advert is to support a market engagement exercise to help identify the Council's requirements for the development and implementation of an Innovation hub as part of Watford's Town Hall quarter development. Respondents are requested to complete the attached questionnaire and respond in accordance with the deadline requested on the Delta Portal. The intention is that the Council will appoint an operator of the hub who will provide business support across different sectors in Watford.

The Council intends to deliver on its exciting ambition to host an innovation and incubation hub in its Town Hall, an imposing heritage building built in the 1930s in the centre of Watford. . It is part of a wider regeneration programme, currently at RIBA Stage 2, which will include the refurbishment of the Town Hall, the adjacent Colosseum Theatre (an arts venue of national significance including being home to the BBC Concert Orchestra) and Town Hall Annexe building, a later addition to the site constructed approximately 30 years ago.
