An EDMS is required for housing management in order to achieve efficient retrieval of electronic documents and records and Storage and archiving of electronic documents in a secure and stable environment, in line with retention periods set out in the Information Security and Data Protection Policy.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
