School Condition Programme - Oaklands School - Heating & Hot Water

Medway Council invite contractors to tender for replacement of mechanical services. The successful tenderer for the mechanical services installation will be required to complete the installation works within the July-August summer closure period. The contractor will be required to produce a programme of works detailing the various elements required. The contractor will be able to work late evenings and weekends to achieve the required completion date of Wednesday 2 September 2015. The contractor will be expected to programme works for all weekend closures approaching the July shutdown. The weekend periods can be utilised to strip out and remove redundant services located within the Infants classroom areas. It is anticipated that weekend working will be required to enhance the anticipated workload of the summer closure period.
