St Albans City and District Council (“the Council”) invites tenders for the supply of Employers Agent and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations. The Council’s preference is to procure a single provider to fulfil both functions but will consider tenders for these functions for one only of these roles which will be reflected in Lots 1 and/or 2 of the procurement.
The Council requires an experienced individual (or team) to provide the services of Employers Agent and/or Principal Designer under the CDM regulations.
The appointee will work closely with the Strategic Housing team of the Council to enable the regeneration of 3 Council owned garage sites to deliver 25 units of affordable housing. The 3 sites already have full planning permission.
