The Cornwall Adult Education Mission is: to provide local, affordable, part-time community based adult learning opportunities which assist adults to achieve their full potential and through this contribute to social inclusion, stimulate economic development, widen participation in learning and promote a culture of lifelong learning.

Cornwall Council Adult Education Service (CAES) is seeking suitable providers to deliver high quality learning opportunities leading to qualifications which are funded by the Education and Skills funding Agency for 16-18 learners and those aged 16-24 with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) - Supported Internships. Cornwall Council Adult Education Service only contract out to providers who can offer learning opportunities not already delivered by the Service itself and which are aligned with our mission .

All providers must comply with the Education & Skills Funding Agency Funding guidance for young people.
