University of Kent - Masterplan Project

The University of Kent (UoK) is embarking on an exciting and ambitious redevelopment of their campus situated to the north of Canterbury City Centre. The Masterplan will focus ahead in the short and medium-term up until 2031 and provide a long-term vision for beyond this date.

In brief, the Council is seeking an experienced planning and urban design consultancy to assist in coordinating the Council's input and act as an advisor for the Council on a framework masterplan, which is being prepared by the University, and to provide advice and support through its development and potential approval or adoption of the masterplan by the Council (anticipated July 2018).
