GB-Leeds: walking delivery organisations - Retender

Community-based organisations are sought to deliver programmes of local interventions in a range of locations, based on local authority wards across West Yorkshire.

The go:walking project is funded by the Local Sustainable Transport Fund and runs from April 2015 to March 2016.

Delivery organisations will learn and use Community Street Audits, deliver walking activities targeted at the least active, and perform other planning, monitoring and evaluation activities.

The project may be supplemented by additional funds from the Department for Transport’s Walking Cities Fund.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
