his is market engagement only. No decisions have been made re strategic direction or what future tender opportunities could arise. SLC wants to engage market to explore ways to minimise risk of losses from fraud and erroneous/out of date records. This can be through a range of interventions which will include but not be limited to:
- Residency checking
- Identity verification of applicants outwith the UK
- Household Composition
- Bank account validation
- Email and telephone number validation with Geo mapping incorporated
- Device authentication to detect the location of the device being used to complete or amend the application
