description

In response to the national restrictions as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Luton Council has been allocated Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) funding by the Government to support local economies and businesses which have been adversely affected.

The Pandemic has demonstrated the importance of businesses being able to adapt and be resilient. As part of the economic recovery, we are seeking to put in place a raft of business support activities to help businesses with a base in Luton recover and grow. This must be complemented by provision of mentoring support from one of Luton's Anchor businesses which the council will help to facilitate.

The funding is to be spent between 1 October 2021 and 31 January 2022 with two possible extensions at the discretion of the Council up until 31 March 2022.
