Runnymede Borough Council on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to undertake construction works to refurbish level 2 of Elmsleigh multi-storey car park at Elmsleigh Centre, South Street, Staines TW18 4QA in accordance with contract terms and conditions. The works include renewing the wearing layer of the drive isle, renewing lining/markings, renewing movement joint, etc.
