Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is seeking to appoint a Design Team to:
| (i) | develop and deliver the project to redevelop and refurbish the Blakey Moor Terrace ( Nos. 11-27), in the centre of Blackburn |
| (ii) | with an option to support development of refurbishment and restoration schemes as required for private properties eligible for grant funding. |
