description
WCC currently commissions the Children and Family Centre service which aims to work together with our partners to enable every child in Warwickshire to have the best start in life. The aim is to achieve this through using asset/strengths-based approaches and having a whole family approach that builds independence, resilience and ensures that services are accessible, proportionate, and seamless based on need. Evidence shows that the current model does not support our most vulnerable families and communities. We are therefore looking to change the current model.
WCC are inviting organisations delivering or interested in delivering the children and family centre service.
The market testing will inform the understanding of the potential of the local market to provide the required support offer and to explore innovative ways of delivering the support services to improve health and wellbeing of families and children in Warwickshire. All information will be used to decide what our future approach will be.
This also provides the opportunity for organisations that may be able to provide aspects of the service offer to demonstrate their capabilities or interest in delivering parts of the service. Your participation will also contribute ideas towards how the current service may be improved for people.
We would like to engage with organisations, in a confidential setting, so that we can ensure we have considered all possible options and any associated risks and issues during our future commissioning planning arrangements.
