NTCA is seeking to appoint a contractor for the provision of an evaluation for the Brownfield Housing Fund programme. This will cover the duration of the fund, which launched in July 2020 and will run until 31 March 2025. The contract will run until 30 June 2025 to allow time for the final outputs to be recorded.
