Utilities management services

The university has no existing employed or outsourced Utilities/Energy Manager and seeks to appoint an energy consultant/broker to provide Utilities/Energy Management and procurement services. For the avoidance of doubt, "Utilities" is taken to mean Electricity, Gas, and Water. *******************************************************************************
