description
WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint multiple Development Contractors who we can work together with to deliver our required development and construction targets.
We need to build more homes; homes for rent; for shared ownership; for open market sale and for the intermediate market. As a Registered Provider it is our duty to provide opportunities for people to have a place that they can call home. Whether this is through open market, intermediate or rented properties, we aim to provide this for the communities in which we work.
It is our intention that our framework will be utilised for the land-led and land and development package deals to optimise efficiency through working closer with preferred partners. Working with a project team earlier in the development process will allow for collaborative working and value engineered solutions pre contract.
We believe our Consultant and Contractor frameworks will enable us to explore the opportunities the market has to offer and capitalise on these in the most efficient way through enhanced working relationships with key partners. More details on our development strategy can be found within the ITT documents.
