Delce Infants Primary School Boiler Replacement works

Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor and invites contractors to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements as set out within this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).

The Contract is anticipated to commence in October 2017 and will continue for a period of 9 weeks with no option to extend unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

The Form of Contract envisaged is the JCT Minor Works with Contractors Design 2011.

Remove existing boiler system in its entirety; provide temporary heating and hot water boiler package system, replace with gas fired boilers and all associated pipework, flues, brackets etc. as per specification. Remove asbestos from the boiler and water tank rooms. Excavate new trench and provide new gas supply from the meter serve.
