You are invited to tender for the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance.
The work required under this contract is a comprehensive residential and commercial property reactive maintenance service covering all day-to-day routine, urgent and emergency reactive repairs and a scheduled repairs service to Breckland District Council's Property portfolio. The portfolio consists of, in the main,
- oIndustrial units
- oMulti-tenanted office buildings
- oOperational office buildings
- oLand sites
- oCarparks
- oOpen spaces and communal areas within estates
- oHard surface areas
- oResidential properties - including some multi occupancy dwellings.
