Kent County Council (KCC) has awarded the contract for Local Government Reorganisation Strategic Partner to KPMG LLP who will work with the Councils across Kent to develop a shared evidence based, options appraisal and a business case comprising of one or more recommendations for Local Government Reorganisation that will form a key part of Kent's submission to Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) by the 28th November 2025.
