The purpose of this procurement is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of teaching and/or tuition staff eligible for engagement by education authorities. Staff procured will support the education of vulnerable children who are in Council's corporate care. These could include children and young people in care, children on the roll of the local authority Virtual School, young people who are under Youth Offending Team orders or are being educated in a non-traditional setting due to circumstance or need.
The DPS will be open for throughout its duration and application to the DPS maybe made at any time during this period.
This DPS is being made available to the following classification of Users:
| • | All local authorities in England and Wales, where "local authority" has the meaning given in Section 270 of the Local Government Act 1972 |
| • | All schools under the control of an eligible local authority Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the DPS documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an Online Application. |
Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract and that this contact is updated as and when required.
The Council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the DPS, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.
Suppliers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their Application. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for Applications that cannot submit due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
