Procurement of a service provider that can provide a coherent package of careers guidance and employability support for 100 young people, across three mainstream and three specialist SEND schools, who are disadvantaged and have special education needs and disabilities.

During Years 10 and 11, each young person will participate in an enhanced, increasingly personalised careers programme to support them to explore and compare the full range of post-16 options, including high-quality work experience placements. They will also be involved, along with key stakeholders including parents and carers, in creating a personalised Transition Action Plan to overcome barriers to transition so they can receive sustained and targeted support as they prepare for their chosen post-
