Leeds City College - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Maintenance

Term Maintenance Contract for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Appliance Term Maintenance at Leeds City College.

The work comprises of planned and responsive maintenance services to refrigeration and air conditioning appliances across the Leeds City College group estate. The work to be carried out will include: Planned and Planned Preventative Maintenance: Work carried out to a pre-determined schedule to monitor the performance of designated fittings and equipment in order to prevent avoidable failures; Responsive Maintenance: Day to day repair or replacement of defective mechanical and electrical elements and components; Urgent Maintenance: Prompt action to rectify failures which are deemed to be causing unacceptable inconvenience or obstruction of the occupants in the course of normal activities; Critical Maintenance: Immediate implementation of action to rectify failures which may cause a hazard to health or a threat of serious damage to the building, its occupants, services or contents; Dayworks: Works carried out on the instruction of the SM and paid for on the basis of preagreed competitive hourly rates for labour plus an agreed percentage addition on the basic cost of plant and materials.
