The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a specialist contractor for Asbestos Removal and Demolition Works at Hadston Industrial Estate.
The works include the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials; demolition of buildings and ancillary structures; removal and disposal of all materials arising from the works and minor fencing works.
Evidence is to be provided that all insurances cover asbestos removal, demolition and remediation works as a core business activity.
Contractors must have in place Public and Employers Liability insurance cover of £10 million and £10 million to undertake this Contract respectively.
The contract will be awarded based on value for money. Tenders will be appraised on both commercial and quality submissions
Additional information: The closing time for tenders is 1pm on 19 December 2016.
All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English.
The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government.
